After graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Regina in Canada, Ralph returned to South Africa where he worked at Investec for a number of years. Ralph then studied a M.Sc in Management from Stockholm Business School, where is also became a member of the Swedish Institutes Network for Future Global Leaders (NFGL). Upon completion of his studied Ralph returned to South Africa where he has been working in medical operations and marketing.
Bachelor of Science – Property Studies (University of Cape Town)
Odirile holds a B.Sc in Property Studies degree from the University of Cape Town, and has been in the built environment industry for over 10 years. He is a Green Star SA Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa. He has previously worked for JHI Properties and PRASA Cres (Corporate Real-estate Solutions) Small Business Enterprise Market Manager in Cape Town. Upon returning to Johannesburg, he co-founded Ba’eso Property Projects (PTY) Ltd, a construction company whereby he was a director and project manager for 6 years.

Professor Letsebe Darius Ralph Tsatsi is a diagnostic radiologist with a particular interest in interventional radiology, particularly fibroid, uterine and hepatic chemo-embolization. After graduating from Natal medical school in 1982, he opened up his own family medical practice in Welkom, in the Free State. He continued his studies and went on to receive a certificate in Public Health from the University of California, Berkley. He then went on to complete his Fellowship of the College of Diagnostic Radiologists, before completing the Advanced Management Programme (MBA) from Manchester Business School. Lastly, he completed his Masters in Neurovascular Intervention in both Thailand and France.
During this time, he was acting Dean and Head of Department for University of Medunsa, the University of the Witwatersrand and Baragwanath Hospital. He has taught radiology at WITS, MEDUNSA and Limpopo universities. He was also a Radiology Consultant and Chief Specialist for the South African National Defence Force, and a member of the Presidential Medical Unit. He was awarded a Gold Medal as a member of the team that provided medical services to President Mandela. He has practiced in Canada, Swaziland, South Africa, the US. He now runs 4 radiology practices in South Africa and also founded a property investment company, WestRad Properties (PTY) LTD, with properties in Canada, South Africa.

Dr Kabelo Michael Thubisi is a qualified Gynaecologist and Obstetrician. He is currently practicing privately at Netcare Waterfall City Hospital, where he is also serving as a board member of the Practitioner Advisory Board (PBA), representing Gynaecologists. He has held this position for the past 8 years.
He qualified from Natal Medical School in KwaZulu Natal in 1978, and worked as a General Practitioner and family-doctor in Taung, in the North West Province. He continued to further his studies at both Natal and Wits University Medical Schools, where he specialised as a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician in 1992.
He then practiced as a specialist in private hospitals such as: Florence Nightingale Hospital; Life Brenthurst Clinic; Life Carstenhof Clinic; and Netcare Park Lane Clinic. He is the founder-member of Tsatsing Properties (PTY) Ltd, a property investment and development company, of which he is currently a director.
